Not all heroes and heroines are affiliated with the super-teams of Hub City; some have their own reasons for not taking on the
added responsibility of being a member of a team; some just aren't team-players.  Some, meanwhile, are just so new to the city
 that they have had no such invitations extended to them.  The Independent Heroes bios have been put together specifically
for them.

Nor do all those who are heroes of Hub City wear colorful costumes, either. Some of them work behind the scenes;
some have adventures all their own.  But almost without exception, all of them stand squarely on the side of good.
