As well-known as Hub City is for its colorful
heroes, its myriad villains are almost equally infamous. From
hucksters
and petty crooks to some of the more psychotic and dangerous threats known
to man... and all points in between,
the rogues of Hub City not only make each new day an adventure for those who
uphold justice, but darken the
underbelly of the great shining metropolis.
Some of the villains have yet to carve a
niche for themselves in the criminal underworld. Some of them are new
to Hub City and are just beginning to flex their muscle. Some are
elitist, some are just plain unhinged. Some have
been around since costumed heroes first began to make their appearances
known in the sprawling city. But all of them
are located below.
INDEPENDENT ROGUES
Most often, the Rogues of Hub City are
untrusting of one another, dislike the idea of working together, and scoff
at one another's abilities and criminal plans. It is probably better
for the myriad heroines in Hub City that they don't
often team up together, and that on the odd occasions they do, their natural
bents tend to make such teamups
fall apart rather quickly. The following rogues of Hub City tend more
often than not to be 'loners' and do not
often turn to the team dynamic.

ROGUE TEAMS

Sometimes, however, for whatever reasons, a
group of villains will find that they work fairly well together
and will form their own team to better spread chaos and fight the superteams
that have sprung up recently
in Hub City. One such team, seeing the sprouting of such heroic teen teams
as Team: Teen, made a pact
to gather their own team of some of the teenage rogues in Hub City.
Calling themselves Young Injustice,
they consistently plan to make life much more difficult for heroes and heroines
and establish themselves
as the Team Supreme in Hub City criminal activity.
